The menus designed by The Gumboman cater to a wide variety of tastes and styles. From breakfast to dinner, you’ll find the perfect menu for your event, venue and budget.

Refreshments:

Refreshment menus are ideal for groups that are in meetings all day, such as board meetings, seminars and staff meetings, and include beverages and snacks. Choose from our “Boardroom” or “Executive” packages.

 

Breakfasts:

Choose from our light Continental breakfast options or our full-service breakfast buffets.

 

Lunches:

The Gumboman lunch menus include options for box lunches, cold buffet lunches, and traditional buffets.

 

Dinners:

Our dinner menus provide a wide-variety of options and include courses from appetizers through desserts.

 

Hors D’oeuvres:

A large variety of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres are available from The Gumboman.

 

Healthy Fare:

The Gumboman in developing savory dishes for healthy low-fat, low-sodium and calorie-reduced meals. Our healthy-fare menus will be available soon.

 

Specials:

For a special night in, chose a candlelight dinner menu designed to serve from two to twelve guests.
