The following breakfast options are based on 2 1/2 hours of service. Prices are subject to 18% service charge and 5.85% sales tax. All buffets require a minimum of 20 guests. Below 20 guests, add $6.00 per person. Please refer to the catering policy below.

Continental Breakfasts

Classic Continental:                     $10.00 per person

Food Items: Fresh Danish, Muffins and Croissants with Whipped Butter and Jams. Juices: Fresh Squeezed Orange, Grapefruit, Cranberry, and Tomato. Hot Drinks: Regular Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, Herbal Teas

Boardroom Continental:               $13.00 per person

Food Items:Seasonal Sliced Fruit Tray, Individual Fruit Smoothies; Croissants with Scrambled Eggs, Sausage and Cheddar Cheese or Scrambled Eggs, Bacon and Cheddar Cheese; Assorted Yogurts with Fresh Berries, Dried Fruit and Granola; Fresh Danish, Muffins, and Croissants with Whipped Butter, Fruit Flavored Cream Cheese and Jams. Juices: Fresh Squeezed Orange, Grapefruit, Cranberry, and Tomato. Hot Drinks: Regular Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, Herbal Teas

Buffet Breakfasts

The Big Breakfast:                     $10.75 per person

Food Items: Smoked Bacon Strips, Sausage Links or Ham, Breakfast Potatoes and Scrambled Eggs; Assorted Danish, Muffins, Croissants and Bagels with Fruit Fflavored Cream Cheese. Juices: Fresh Squeezed Orange, Grapefruit, Cranberry, and Tomato. Hot Drinks: Regular Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, Herbal Teas

The Grand Slam:                        $12.75 per person

Food Items: Pancakes with Fruit, Cold Cereals, Smoked Bacon Strips, Sausage Links, Ham, Breakfast Potatoes and Scrambled Eggs; Muffins, Croissants, Assorted Danish, Bagels with Fruit Flavored Cream Cheese. Juices: Fresh Squeezed Orange, Grapefruit, Cranberry, and Tomato. Hot Drinks: Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, Teas and Milk.

The Big Easy:                            $15.75 per person

Food Items: Full Omelet Station, Waffle Station, Smoked Bacon Strips, Sausage Links or Ham, Breakfast Potatoes, Scrambled Eggs, Pancakes with Fruit; Cold Cereals, Assorted Yogurts, Assorted Danish, Muffins, Croissants, Bagels, Fruit Cream Cheeses. Juices: Fresh Squeezed Hot Drinks: Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, Teas and Milk.

Catering Policy

To ensure a guaranteed booking with The Gumboman, we ask that you book your event two to three weeks in advance of the date. When scheduling, please be prepared to discuss your event and define your catering needs. We ask that you make us aware of any health concerns or dietary restrictions at that time. To confirm your date, we require a fifty percent (50%) deposit and a signed contract. Final payment is due in full at the end of the event. In the case of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, your event may be rescheduled for a later date within one month of first booking. If for some unforeseen act of God, weather, or fire; or if we cannot fulfill our obligation, the Gumboman will refund your deposit. All catering events are subject to an 18% service charge and 5.85% sales tax.
