Chef/Proprietor: Gregory "Gumboman" Johnson

Known for his unique and creative food, the Gumboman has earned his reputation as a standout chef and caterer. While specializing in authentic New Orleans style cooking, the Gumboman has managed to master styles for all tastes and preferences.

At a very young age, the Gumboman was encourage by his father to learn how to cook. A move to New Orleans helped the Gumboman determine his destiny. The love of New Orleans cuisine initiated his career in cooking and, while there, the Gumboman gained 22 years of experience and successfully operated a seafold restaurant.

Now, on his own, the Gumboman relies on his experience and training to develop his own unique style. By breaking rules and creating his own recipes, he has taken his talents to a new level. We welcome the opportunity to cater your next event.
