Dinner from two to twelve persons.
Picture in your mind, a romantic dinner in the comfort of your own home. The meal will be prepared by the Gumboman.
 
We do it all: shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning.
 
 
All you have to do is come home, sit back, relax and feast on a meal perfectly prepared to your satisfaction.
 
In order for us to properly prepare your romantic dinner, we would need a one to two week booking notice. At that time we will discuss the choice of your five course meal and health concerns if any. The Gumboman will be using your kitchen to prepare the meal with his own equipment.
We guarantee that your kitchen will be left neat and clean just as we found it.
 
Prices start at $200.00 for the first 2 people.
Each additional guest is $60.00.

Appetizers
  1. New Orleans crab cakes/with creole mustard sauce.
  2. Jumbo shrimp bordelaise/ served over fettuccine.
  3. Jumbo stuffed shrimp/with crab meat bordelaise.
  4. Red beans and rice/with andouille sausage.
  5. Vegetable pasta bordelaise.
 
Soup is chefs choice of the day.
 
Salad
  1. Caesar salad fresh romaine lettuce/with Parmesan cheese and croutons.
  2. Roma tomato salad/with fresh mozzarella, red onion drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Tossed green salad your choice of dressing.
  4. Spinach salad with fresh Gorgonzola cheese, walnuts and red onion topped with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
 
`Entrees
  1. 16oz N.Y strip steak and jumbo shrimp in a lemon butter sauce.
  2. 10oz Filet Mignon served with sauteed mushrooms sauce.
  3. Grill salmon with a herbed cream sauce with dill butter.
  4. Stuffed catfish stuffed with crab meat and topped with a shrimp butter cream sauce.
  5. 14oz Grilled center cut pork chop/with pecan butter sauce.
  6. Cajun baked Tilapia topped with lump crab meat bordelaise.
  7. Louisiana fried seafood platter includes jumbo shrimp, Tilapia, crab cakes and oysters.
  8. 12oz Jumbo lobster tail / Butter sauce.
  9. Cedar Planked Atlantic Salmon / with dill butter cream sauce.
  10. Blackened Catfish with Blackened Shrimp/ grilled in a black iron skillet.
 
Vegetables
  1. Asparagus Hollandaise
  2. Stuffed potato.
  3. Baked potato.
  4. Dirty rice.
  5. Garlic mashed potato.
  6. Louisiana blend vegetables.
  7. Broccolini bordelaise.

All dinners include freshly baked rolls and butter, coffee or tea. please choose one out of each item.
