Catering Policies Page
To ensure a guaranteed booking, we ask that you book your event two to three weeks in advance. At that time, we will discuss your event and how you want it to be. Health concerns will also be discussed if necessary. We require half of the total amount down for your catering event and a signed contract at the time the booking is made. Final payment is due at the end of the event in full.
In the case of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, the date can be re booked within one month of first booking. If for some unforeseen act of God, weather, or fire; if we cannot fulfill our obligation the Gumboman will return your down payment. All catering events are subject to an 18% service charge and a 5.85% sales tax.
